Does Cairoli have the fitness?

Not something usually questioned, but listening to DV on Pulp pre-season he argued that AC has had way too many distractions in the lead up and might be behind the 8 ball.

Herlings nearly 3 seconds faster than Cairoli that lap, more than 5 than anyone else!
