Can't wait. So is JVH doing Euro rounds only or hasn't he been picked up ? I thought he was going to be riding a Honda ? I hope Sanayei can come back strong.

I think he was only signed for some beach races. But you never know, maybe for the European rounds!

Last weekend he did a beachrace and finished 5th. In 3 weeks time it's the Le Touquet beachrace. After that it's one big mystery. He signed with a French team, only for those races. Maxime Desprey and Anthony Bourdon signed for the same team for the French national and SX-championship. It's a small team, so I guess they will only sign in for the French MXGP anyway.

I think he has to hope for a fill in spot when someone gets injured, but doubt we'll see him race GP's. Maybe Lommel.

Strijbos? I though JWR Yamaha would only do the European races and the two Chinese rounds?

What happened to Hsu? Wasn't he supposed to race for BUD last year?

Same with Nagl who is supposed to only race the European rounds. I guess its cheaper to sign in for a full year instead of just all European rounds as a wildcard.

Also also, isn't it strange that Anton Gole isn't going if the rest of the team are?

That's a bummer. I thought the deal fell through, somehow I never heard he was injured. Man, he was the real deal when he was on 125s

Like I said, it's just a first draft. Many teams sign in their riders for the whole season instead of GP by GP. The week prior to the GP the final entry list will be available, so you can expect some changes. Just posted this to give an indication of who will race and at which team.

Yeah I know and really appreciate your stuff on here. Just thought it was strange they'd sign 2/3rds of their team. One would assume it's either none or all. Hopefully Gole isn't injured again

I read somewhere that Nagl is trying to ride in Argentinia out of his own pocket respectively is in talks with some sponsors to make it happen.

Anyone expect Gajser to be more of 2016 Gajser this year?

I hope so.

But who do you think will beat him? Beaton, Olson, Vllandren? I can't see a perfect season but I can't think who can go toe to toe with Prado.

This might sound crazy but i think that Jacobi will win one moto. I saw him in Spain in December multiple times and he was absolutely flying, just as fast as Olsen at Red Sand.

I was gonna say Jacobi, he had a stand out season last year & now he's on a much better supported team, I expect more podiums, maybe top 3 overall come the end of the season.

Hmm maybe, he needs an injury free season & the bike needs to hold up. It's such a shame Covington is gone, he could've push Prado for the title this year.

He’s been off the bike for a while, would have to say it may be a while before his is back up to speed (most likely)

I think Beaton is going to turn some heads this year. The guy never stopped fighting for positions last year up until his injury.

So if prado wins another championshp this year he will need to move up to the 450...how crazy is that? the kid is only 17. Stupid loungo rule might have to be changed just like the stupid mx2 U23 rule.

Prado 18 Now, In 1990 Bradshaw 17 star the firts session in the maximun category killing every body, with, Mattiasevich and Larry Ward around, all 17 or 18 and maybe Kiedrowski, all also in the firts year
In 1990 are; Jhonson, Stanton, Bayle, Ward, O´mara, Cooper, etc
Some times I think the youngers now are inmature for too many people, too many.

I am also think Prado don't get the perfect session, but for only one reason, he don´t think in this, he is thinking in stay healthy, win the championship with the minimun risk, keep working for the future with the bike and out for to be more strong.

Prado will move to the US then. He already said it in a Intervieuw somewhere. If the rule doesnt change and he wins the title he will move over to the US.

Amazing talent but going on to race the MXGP at 18/19 would be crazy and a few years racing in the US on a 250 is not gonna hurt him. He already showed he can ride Supercross pretty well.

Hopefully he will come back in a few years and battle with Herlings for the title.
