I just downloaded it to my 360 and I think it's going to be good. I dabbled around with it on PC a few months ago and enjoyed it. Seems to have a lot of cool features and details missing from all other MX games until now.

Here you guys go! 1 lap on a daytona-like track, on a privateer 250f. I wasn't going as fast as possible, a little bit of out of control and goonery, and a check on the first person mode. Guys I'm loving this game (and I've only got 2 races in, this video being the 2nd).

The speed and riding concepts feel real. I also bought MotoGP and its the same concepts. In MOTOGP 200+mph feels like it and, in comparison, MXGP feels right at their 50ish mph. Some may say it's slow, but have you ever looked at speeds on a dirtbike? I ride with my garmin gps watch, and shorter tracks I average a 25-27 mph pace. Yeah, the bike floats a lot over the jumps (spend a total of 2 minutes in the air is one of the first trophies you get) but the cornering and traction and speed, jump sections, ruts and roughness, 1st person mode, 22 riders, qualifiers, gate picks, 2 moto format, real tracks, bikes, and riders, a FUCKING AMAZING career mode. It’s got it all guys, you gotta check it out.

yea, i have to say, I have the PS3 version and I was super impressed with the detail. the tracks are perfect, rut for rut. the bike set-up GUI is good. the whole game was pretty well designed.

ive seen 2 versions mxgp and mxgp14 but from website im assuming they must be the same thing....mxgp states came out in march and mxgp14 came out today anyone else notice this or is it just me

From the success they have had with it , I would assume that its going to become annually updated.

Are you sure you weren't seeing MotoGP14 and MXGP? the copy of MXGP i picked up today for PS4 does not have a year indication on it.

The PS4 version has 4 new tracks and some other minor improvements. The Xbox 360 and PS3 version are apparently the same as the previous release, just now available in America.

yeah im waiting to leave work and go get mine as well! now all I need to hope is that the wife wont miss me too much while im out in the garage with half my neighbors playing these 2 games!

Only beef i have with this game is the scrub/whips being automatic. If they can fix this, next game might be the best mx game ever. Thats why reflex is tops, the whips you can throw on that game is amazing.

I've had the PS3 version for a year, imported. Love the game. Best overall MX game made, imo. I picked up a copy for the 360 as well today. I loathe the PS3 controller. Hope it makes its way to XBox One eventually. If not, I'll eventually get a PS4.

If you like the PS3 controller, you're going to LOVE the PS4 controller. I picked up a PS4 as a Christmas gift for my 8 yr old and played the demo system in the store while I was there. They fixed issues I didn't even realize I had, like ditching the convex style joysticks for recessed ones.

you lost me at "ready steady go" looks really slow too.
just like mx vs atv. the sound is atari 2600. blah,record a real bike pinned,they all sound like mopeds.
i do like the realistic format and career. mx atv dropped the ball with not being able to choose the riders in your series. it just loses a little when heath harrison is beating will hahn and k roc.
moto gp is the baddest game out for realistic feel and sound,graphics. they need to make a mx-sx game.

how do you get to the career mode? I can only choose the instant race, which is one track and that is getting old
