MX vs ATV Supercross Encore Xbox One digital?

Buying my first console in like 10 years.

Is MX vs. ATV Supercross Encore available as a download in the Xbox store or elsewhere? Or do I have to buy a physical disc like it's 2005?

Don't get ur hopes up the game is ehh. I truthfully thought alive played the best and the bike felt like it had weight to it. I know tho I'm in the minority on that opinion.

To answer your question, yes you can buy the game from the Xbox store and download it without having to buy the disc.

Do you have a minute to speak with me about our lord and savior, Mx Sim?

Don't let people dissuade you. The game is fun. Especially now that they have the 2017 replica tracks. Just keep in mind you have to upgrade your bike before it handles worth a shit. Doesn't take long at all though. That being said, I wouldn't pay more than $30 for it. Who am I kidding- it's an mx game!

If you have Amazon Prime they are selling it for less than retail. I bought Encore with the SX Tracks for under $25

It's 20 bucks, another $20 for the 2017 Supercross tracks and you are like me the $1.99 2 stroke pack is a must.

Game is fun.

Yeah they're selling physical only…debating paying the $10 premium to just not have the clutter of the disc.

I actually agree with you, man. Alive had a much more realistic scale and speed and had weight to the bike. The JS7 stuff in Alive was the pinnacle of this series. Too bad the rest of the game's tracks sucked.

If we had the official tracks we have in 2017 on Alive you would have the perfect combo.

I hated the physics of Alive. Much preferred Reflex…felt like you could get some speed and that you carried some momentum in the air.

The game is worth the money, specially with all the new tracks. I play it online with dudes nearly every day.

Me and my buddies still play alive. I like it honestly, it's more fun than it is challenging so I can get my non moto friends into it. If I had to choose a better mx game for mx riders it would easily be reflex though

Just know the game is an arcade game, not realistic at all, its still fun, but not real at all. MXGP 2 is way better, it is realistic and a ton of fun.

I don't consider 400lb bikes realistic.

Nor 10lb bikes. What is your point?

MXGP2 is more realistic than Encore.

The freeriding in Alive was the best period. I hate the "freeride" of encore, just a tiny little area.

Had a ton of fun riding with friends in Free ride mode. Seeing what crazy shit we could do. Who could land on the train and ride it to the edge was just one of them. Attempt to stick a landing from a crazy high cliff jump. Do not have that option anymore.

However, I still like Encore, I bought the 2017 track pack, not sure hot unlock it though (I am still riding through the 250 east series, that may be why I do not see those maps)

Did you download any of the free ride maps? Copper Canyon and Squall Valley are pretty darn big, and the free ride areas from Alive are all in Encore, too.(You may not have unlocked those yet though? I forget what's available from the beginning.)

Also, once you buy the 2017 Track Pack, you have to go back into the MotoClub Depot and manually download each track individually. Should be under "2017 SX" but the last one(Oakland) was under "Events." It will say "2017 Anaheim 1" then where the price would normally be it will say "Free". You don't need to complete the series or anything to unlock it.

500cc with all upgrades, factory chassis and stock brakes. Takes time to master, but the game is awesome.

At least the bikes have some weight, and you don't have to pay for bikes that are real.
