I'm going to give a full review later tonight. But I feel the need to dispell some of the crap floating around here. This game is not Reflex or Alive. It truly is its own deal. It took me 2 hours to realize that it CANNOT be played like either one of those.
The gas and brake gyro absolutely work. .
The clutch is vital to going fast.
The preload is there for you to use how you see fit.
The traction is different. But not in a bad way.
This game is a challenge on many different levels the most important first is to break away from what you knew of the Games from the past..
I'm on Xbox add me later tonight if you want to moto .. mandingo3rd
I'm enjoying the game so far.. that's what is important to me..
The Shop
I'm really having fun with it. It took me a while to adjust, but now I'm beating the Pro class by 10+ seconds.
jv43 on PS3 bitches.
But the rider physics are 100% a joke. Once you have everything and your bike is as good as it can be its still way worse than the stock bike on Alive
The preload" stick flip" is so bad I don't even know where to start. The preload on Alive was tolerable but why not make it like Reflex where just leaning back and adjusting with the rider will get the correct amount seat bounce that you want?
On a few of the tracks the tough blocks don't reset where the track crosses over the start section.
The tracks and the stadiums actually aren't bad. Just wish they could figure out how to make the rider/bike react more realistically. Reflex was pretty much spot on. Maybe in some of the patches later on they'll fix some of these issues...who knows.
