It wasn't annnounced but the US MXGP this year will be Southeast (possibly Gatorback) and the MXdN in 18 might be at Red Bud.

I'll probably go wherever the MXdN is, but if it's Red Bud it not even a question Woohoo

Think this is great for the sport. A proper USGP on a proper track can only be a great thing, and a MXdN in the US is awesome. Just about the perfect amount of time between

Now with the new CMA/FIM affiliation in Canada, let's see an MXGP round in Canada like there used to be!!

Very true! I also look at it as gettin 2 birds stoned at once, meaning, people always talk about the low turn outs for USGPs, spectator and rider wise. Well if we have a big ol American bash on her bday thee amount of people that would come out of the woods would be massive and awesome to see

That would be really cool to see.

We need one round in Canada and one in Australia or New Zealand.

Maybe the Gatorback deal is due to the new Diamond back course?

The issue of US based rider participation still exists not to mention the GP riders suddenly racing people who are not involved in the Championship can't be something they want.

Hopefully not but there have been similar announcements to this in the past which have never come to fruition.

Also fan attendance. Maybe MXSports' involvement in promoting this will help ?

I think that MX Sports brings the guarantees for YS that there wont be races canceled.

pretty simple fix I think for some issues moving forward.............USGP and MXD,if chosen, is simply put in rider contracts IF OEM's commit to it........basically 2 more "outdoor" races added to the calendar

anyone not entering lets say minimum of 10 MXGP rounds ineligible for points in the championship..........so US only riders don't affect the race but important points between committed GP riders

IMO, Labor Day week-end is too deep in the MXGP calendar and unless the there is a tight points battle European participation will be minimal and so will US rider turnout. Dry

I hope I'm wrong and good luck to Youthstream and MXSports
