I am headed to the des Nations this year with a friend who has never been to a national caliber motocross even, and this is definitely my first Nations race. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that there are going to be this many dang people there....what an experience I am so freakin excited.

I upload pics almost daily on here with no problems. Obviously I'm not the only one uploading pics so not sure why you're having issues.

Only problems with pics I have is sometimes a page loads up, some images appear for a split second and then disappear.

First year all petrol heads wanted to see what it was, now they now its not their cup of tea they stay away and that is pity. Because Assen has a big PR machine for races like the MotoGP, Superbike, British Superbike but also Gamma days and even back in the day for the CART race there.

Someone here will surely have pictures of Russian or other Iron Curtain GPs from the 70s Moiseev / Falta eras. - Reese most likely. I'm travelling so stuck on my phone and can't access my folders.

Now They were what you'd call 'sea of humanity', 'seething masses' pictures.
Chuck Sun told me he raced the Russian GP in 70's in front of 100,000 fans, battling with Vladimir Kavinov. Afterwards they toasted each other drinking neat vodka out of an old tuna tin!?

I'm digging up an old thread but how epic are some of these photos here?!?  So cool!

I bet we could add some Redbud Mxdn pics to this collection from the last two events there.

This may be the most iconic moto photo, in my mind. Not certain who shot it, but I think it was Simon Cudby.
