i mean that's a quite achievement. There are like 7 permanent mx tracks in whole belgium if i'm not mistaken and not everywhere are races to be held... In conclusion to get mowed down in Belgium on mx track that requires some serious skill or luck.

i mean i'm not a lawyer & i'm not familiar with belgian law but... whenever i place a foot on track property i handle it as being on a private property on my own risk. Not mentioning crossing the track.

Looks an awful lot like a national I went to for the Canadian series at pleasant valley (Nova Scotia) People were crossing the track mid moto with noone saying shit about it.

Crossing over the fence is a good way to become "soulless" as well. Years ago I was racing a HS...they used a port-o-pot as a corner marker. I had a real tight line on it. One lap a dude stepped out just as I rounded it...the old XR600 did a number on him. Not really his fault...
