My dad literally couldn’t watch the first Motos this last year because he couldn’t see who was riding what and what track they were at Laughing

Thank goodness now. I hope they keep the same package deal with the MX series for viewing. I couldn't stand watching the moto's on MavTV I would just delete them.

Awesome news! I've been emailing and calling them for years about this. It was like watching a old VHS tape when watching MavTv in SD on Directv

Thank you! Like most I could not watch that shit on regular or third world looking broadcast. I would literally wait until it was found on youtube or steal it from one of those pirates that would broadcast the race. Funny, I contacted Direct TV last year about moving it to HD and the response was basically it would never happen.

I just noticed the SD version is still available,I went to watch a MX race that I DVR'ed today and its recorded the SD channel instead of the HD channel, If you have your DVR set to record races and anything else on MavTv you have to delete the series recording on the SD version and redo it on the MavTv HD version of the channel.

MavTV is exactly why I switched to Direct after being with Dish for forever. HD? Icing on the cake.
