Did anyone else notice that they took away the 1080p option after A1, and now it is only available in 720p? And not a decent encoded 720p stream but more of a SD-HD quality.

Bet they dont want to take the cost for having servers provide 1080p quality which is really shitty. I actually downloaded the torrent instead that was full HD. Will cancel my online service if they dont fix this.

Pretty freaking annoying. Sent them a complaint about it.

They also managed to only make available 1h9min for first day. Fucking amature hour @ Cleng.

That's pretty bad.

I watch it on PlayStation VUE and it looks great. Full HD.

Im getting ready to purchase sling tv just to be able to watch this season. Anybody use sling to stream supercross? and if so, how was the quality?

I can’t stream anything at 1.2 Mbps download speed.

There is a lot of info here on streaming services. Sling will get the job done but VUE has a better service overall. Just my opinion. You can download the PlayStation VUE app onto an Amazon Fire TV box. Works great.

I agree the quality is not optimal. This is my first experience with it and 4 races in the ones from Anaheim were pretty good quality, Houston was awful and Phoenix was average. My internet routinely tests at 150-170 Mbps so I know there is not an issue on my end.

Next year I will sort out YouTube TV with a VPN and find a payment method to make it work. For $130 USD this stream should be perfect.

Im getting freaking pissed off. Quality is still shit. Hell, even Seelys onboard camera looks 10x better.

Is anyone on the streaming service, and able to get 1080p or better quality then i get? I guess it is HLS streaming or something so when it indicates 720p it should be max. But curious to know if anyone can get access to higher rates?

I've not seen it better than 720p but even then that 720p seems to be a bit more "Atari" than a similar 720p on YouTube. As I've said before, I'll get through this season on the Livestream but next year I'm going to have YouTube TV sorted with a VPN.
