Yeah. Looks really empty. It won’t be back next year.

Thats too bad. Been to St. Louis a couple times. Nice place for a race. Pretty expensive though. Going to Minneapolis this year. Hope its good.

Probably shouldn’t have had a night race on St Patty’s day.

Last year it was a day race and had decent attendance.

Yeah they really showed them in the 250 LCQ, but with so many riders out some folks probably have lost interest.

Ralph is so bad. He keeps talking over Emig and interrupting him. Honestly, how the hell did he get this job? Oh yeah, Feld,

When the field gets depleted later in the season the attendance has to be affected. 1st 450 heat and there was Enticknap, Lamay, Bloss, Merriam and Catanzaro running top 10. That’s like a who’s who of the LCQ (except for Bloss...he’s hauling ass this year)

lower ticket costs then if you know stars are out I mean empty seats don’t look good for anyone. Looks like a 2nd rate monster jam crowd.

In the stadium ATM. Yes, I have been at the stl sx since 96 and this is a lower turnout than normal. It is not a bad turnout, but my guess is down 20% compared to a typical year.

Not even cheers or crowd for the winners after. Could hear a pin drop. Needs to be addressed.

That was as empty of a SX that I can remember in the last 10-20 years or better (from TV viewing). Wtf, was there a snowstorm or something in St Louis? St Paddy’s Day free dinner on the other side o’ Town? Both? Wowza!

well look how many top guys are out In 450s. Some people will only go to see Kenny or Barcia or JS7. Lot of fan favorites out

Yep was empty. St. Patty's day parade, St Louis Blues game, all in one day? makes sense

That was the weirdest part to me, how quiet it was. My section didn't seem to want to cheer for anyone or anything. Very little crowd noise the entire night.

....dont all events look kinda empty until the action actually starts?

The few races ive been to looked somewhat sparse until the main events were actually happening. Im sure if you took a pic of any race 10 minutes before the mains start, they would all look like that

You can probably blame it on St. Patty's day. Drinking outside in the cold is pretty big in St. Louis.

There was a Blues hockey game to compete with too.

There were a lot of fans dressed as empty seats. It’ll be interesting to see how it compares to Indy next week.

STL was packed last year. Just bad scheduling. Indy being a shootout doesn’t help the Midwest stops either because some fans will choose it over places like STL just to see the shootout. I know I am and I live 3 hrs from STL.

Weather colder. Hockey game. The Eagles group in town. St Patty’s day. College basketball playoffs. 2 parades. And more in town. St. Louis I think is like the second llongest Supercross in existence?

I didn’t go for the first time In like 26 years
Because the field is way weak, the tracks are boring and even Ralph and Emig Seem off their game this year.

My son called this week though and asked me to go to Indy and I will to be with him.

Indy city is better to walk around and eat
Then go to race, been to maybe 10 Indy races.

I think when you feel it’s better to watch on tv things are falling apart.

My ex lives in St. Louis, I'm guessing most people have fled that city in terror.

Yeah naw...... Chicago, Detroit, LA, New York. They are all more dangerous. STL isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. The bad news is Fortune 500 companies have fled, but this opened the door for the small guy to make a stand and we have tons of great new restaurants and bars. But.... thats about it lol
