I could see him coming back for the occasional one-off race, especially if Red Bull is involved. But other than that, I agree, he's retired from championship racing (even part-time championship racing).

Yeah. Curious to see him on Honda. Not surprised but not unsurprised. Still would love to hear what happened with his involvement with the team.

RV2 now on a blue bike.... really can’t be that much more bizarre than that! Brand Ambassador meaning seems very confusing! But that just me.
RD5 riding any brand is always a great thing.... for the ST Judes. Even better.

He rode Hondas before Suzuki in his amateur days, just like RV rode Yamahas before his Team Green ride in amateurs. Probably the most "bizzare" brand ambassador to me is Fro on Husky.

Doesnt make sense to me either. When a guy goes from an entire career of titles on kawasaki and then wants to push a yamaha, how am i supposed to think thats genuine?

You just have to look at it as yamaha is paying him to ride their stuff in retirement. Cant be an “ambassador” if your only reason for riding a blue bike is money.
