I have been running the M59 up front and the Bridgestone Battlecross E50 Extreme on the rear. That rear tire is amazing for harescramble / enduro / hard enduro. It’s a gummy tire so don’t expect it to last long but wow the traction is amazing.

My Dad has dementia he,s living on his own yet. We had a nice visit I asked him hey you want to come outside and help by watching ? I had to clean up the van wheels . It was very windy he could only handle a couple minutes outside the wind bothered his ears and eyes, sucks to b old. But I can’t wait to get these practice tires mounted up. And ride the same bike that was stolen on the same track.

490 was a hard pack tire correct ?
Yep and it was absolutely indestructible, you couldn't wear the damn thing out.

What conditions is a pirelli mx32 mid- hard for ? I ordered a mid- soft front tire. Another order screwed up. The rear a mid- soft matches my order.

Yeah I know. I,m just frogging most things I order hv been wrong lately. I was excited taking them out of the box. Then I see a decal mid hard and I,m thinking oh you put the wrong decal on. I look at the tire and it says mid hard. The knobs are tall and narrow like a sand tire. I see the knobs bending on hard pack. Other stuff I ordered wasn’t in any of the boxes. Then check my email and it’s back ordered. Why say it’s in stock then. No receipt in any boxes, nice.

Honestly I like the MX33 front and rear riding mostly soft dirt and sand Michigan tracks on a Yz250f and a Crf250r before that

My favorite front tire for my Yz125 was a Bridgestone M203. It's a soft/mid tire that has great traction everywhere.
Unfortunately, they stopped making it for big bikes.

Right now I'm quite happy with the Dunlop Mx33F on the front, and a Pirelli Mx32 Mid-soft in the rear.
The Rear tire is solid everywhere, very good traction and predictable.
I still prefer the M203 over the Mx33F, but the Mx33F is working for me.

Lately I’ve run the Millville II & III.

I’ve been trying to find a tire that’s like the older Bridgestones: it works everywhere…the New & Old Millvilles do the job. The III seems a bit better than the II as an “all around” tire. I’ve even ran them in Baja on The Rip. They last. They work. Great value.

Is anyone having issues with the Pirelli fronts lately ? and what country does yours say they are made in ? I've just had some "Made in indonesia" ones (used to say brazil) and had knobs tearing off on the first couple of rides on my mx-xtra's (outside knobs used to last ages.. about 4x as long as the mid-softs).

Anyone have some time on those newer Tusk tires? I’m looking for an inexpensive set for my backup set of wheels.

Keefer tests them in his tire podcast. He said they were decent especially for the money.

Rode them at glen helen a few weeks ago for the first time and absolutely loved them. Think I’m going to continue buying these from now on.

I just picked up an x31 rear to try out. I've been running pirelli for a while now but I keep breaking the bead on the rear on a certain track so it's time to try something else

Let us know how it goes. So little feedback on these, esp in Oz. Not sure the new SC6 rears are gonna be my cup of tea.
