Planning out a pole barn build when i buy a new house, 30x30 roughly in size 10-12 foot ceilings. Fully finished, swiss trax floor, full tilt build. Im going to centralize it around building dirtbikes. Looking to see if anyone has any pictures of cool pole barn set ups for the bikes/ work shops. Looking for really neat and tidy and cool creative ideas. But post anything you got workshop related, tools, storage, etc. pic attached of a potential lay out i might like for a work area.

If possible go bigger than 30x30. Not sure if your planning on a trailer, cars, or anything else in there. But I will always say go bigger!!

This is more likely the reality of most of our garages.

Go bigger. In my entire life I’ve never met a person that built a pole barn who didn’t say “I wish I’d have made it bigger”

This is my 24x24 shop. The dirt bikes live in an attached garage. They only make it to the shop to get worked on. My best advice is to have most of your stuff able to be moved around or folded up so you can maximize your space. If I was building new I’d have running water and a bathroom.

My 40x60 I had built in December. In the final steps of completion now. We finish electrical this week then I’ll move my toys in. I need some ideas as to where to do the workbench and bike area.

Thats so awesome! Congrats, if you dont mind me asking what was cost with everything? Didnyou do any work yourself? How thick of a slab? How high of ceilings? that looks awesome, exactly what i would want. Dm me if you want or if you dont want to leave the details in the group.

Yeah I don’t have a lot of box space to utilize since I was limited on budget (College student life). The wall was dead space so I figured I would utilize it in some way to keep things off the bench and out of my way. It definitely has its place and is handy.
