-I cant believe you Cali folk are so stuck in your ways that you are still trying to ride / open tracks during a pandemic.
The entire world is on lockdown.
Unfortunately freedom does not make you immune.
I wouldn't want to risk ending up in a hospital full of covid 19 because I tweaked a bone.

First you can't base all your info from the news..They are misleading and have to make a story interesting in order to keep there watchers, all these hospitals in so cal are a freakin ghost town unless your in the icu, (loma linda, riverside coummunity, kaiser) if your going to the hosptial because you have symptoms your not even allowed in the hospital until your tested. Nurses are going on furlo days and some are taking 30% pay cuts because there is no one is in the hospital. So cal is not new york, jersery etc. And yes my wife is a icu nurse working with covid patients. She works for one of the bigger hospitals here and thats from her mouth. So go out and ride but be safe.

Like this...

For what it’s worth, our system is not strained where I am and I'm not out there pushing it. Some tracks are closed, some are open...they are limiting the number of riders (some only allowing 10 per day) asking for 50’ between vehicles and no unnecessary spectators. Governor approved “outdoor exercise” and “bike riding”, so I think we’re good. Right now I think there’s probably more risk in a trip to the grocery store.

All you people out there going against the advice of the experts who advise you to stay in your homes are just making the problem worse.

As for us, we listen to the advice of the experts and don't plan to leave the house until all this blows over...

Lucky enough that both my wife and my job are essential. With my job, some were sent home per CDC guidelines creating a little opportunity for overtime, so with nothing much else to do I have been working OT on Fridays and suppressing the urge to go out and ride. Once this clears it’s on like Donkey Kong. Bike is rebuilt and purchased a Moto van just before the pandemic. Ready to rip! Stay safe dudes, see you in a few...
