Post this every other year, best outdoor edit, always gives me chills. Amazing how they look like they’re in slow motion lol but RC going down that hill at Hangtown with the ass end swapping, and emig railing those berms at the end.. sick. wish someone would do a current edit with the same song.

Epic video. I would’ve been 2 in 1998 Grinning but man it looked like an awesome time to be alive and active in the moto scene. I have a 97 yz125 restored so it’s cool seeing my bike in action when it was new Cool

Dude, you're a baby! haha. I was almost 8 during the 98 nationals.

I still believe racing was so much better back then and on 2 strokes.

Motocross used to be so much cooler and those years were some of the best. It's cool looking back on those videos and remembering watching them all those years ago, not knowing just how bad ass Ricky Carmichael would turn out to be.

My first national was Budds 03. Little did I know I was witnessing history when James went from last to first on the 125. I can still remember it like it was last weekend. I kept looking at my dad saying "20th... 19th!... 18th!" to "holy shit hes leading!"

My first race was watching Bayle,ward,Stanton:and Bradshaw race the last 500 race ever at Budds Creek!!Tney had the big gulp jump space so no bikes were supposed to jump it and right off the gate JMB let it rip and was insane!!

If you guys loved that you would of really loved the 70's and 80's!! Mostly 2 strokes and a few very trick 4 strokes! And A LOT of riders, my first race "no beginner class" there was 48 riders on the gate "two rows" 125 novice. OH, and the tracks, cool tracks everywhere!
