A while back there was a post about some brace like things that attached to your frame and held against the back of your calves while standing. Anyone remember what the were called or have a link to the post?

Thanks!

Been riding with them (ankle savers) for a season after a shattered tibia/ankle last year to help protect my ankle from over extension and this is not a problem at all - not yet at least. In fact, I don't even notice them unless I have an extra hard landing, then the support is there like it should be.

they don't look that bad to me. Not much more likely to cause a problem than a regular footpeg.

steg pegz,

I've used them and they are quite good, but I only really found them usefull in off road racing (especially desert racing) where you are standing for a long time, they can get a little annoying on a mx track. But it might of just been the position i had them set in
