Four Strokes man!!!!

Four strokes will be the tip of the iceberg for what his dealer will want just to open the book and order all the parts for the rebuild.

He just got screwed

It looks totally set up. I like the 3 cameras and the one of the case.

That is going to be a spendy fix! New center cases , new crank , bearings , seals , rod , piston , rings and probably a new cylinder.....not to mention all the gaskets. As far as that goes.....probably a new frame guard as well , since the rod and other pieces just went through it. (kidding.....well , maybe not.)

Que two vs four stroke debate!

And there were only two cameras, the third is just a zoomed in version from the camera off to the side.

Welcome to the 4 stroke world!! AHAHA priceless!! Can we say grenade? See all the shrapnels flying!!! 60 pagers? I hope it gets a million views on youtube! POS.

Oh, so much comedy material there.

1. "See, I told you two strokes sound better than four strokes."

2. "Two strokes go 'Braaap'. Four strokes go 'Bang'".

3. "Did that just go 'Bang'? Or was it 'Ka-Ching'"

4. "Is that why they're called '4-Bangers'?"

exactly! thing is, anyone that runs a 4 banger and doesnt maintain it properly deserves everything they get. This has got to be a set up though?! bike sounded like the cam chain was hanging off and had no oil in it!! lol

That's not 3 cameras with 1 on the case. It's a front view and side view, and the 3rd view is just the side view zoomed in.

Probably not, there is several videos on the filmmakers video channel edited in the same style. In this video below the bike seem to run, so the most logical thing is they were out making a new edit. He was lucky it didn't blow up on the face of a jump.

VERY lucky!!!

When i rode our supercross track at the weekend, I had forgot to turn my fuel on- bike bogged and died just as I was turning into the corner after the rythm section!!! could have been very nasty if it happened on one of the jumps.

Never a nice thing to see somones bike go bang on a jump

Most sense made in this thread. Not good to see a bike throw a leg out of bed in any case. Just lucky (or unlucky) to have it on HD video.

That's what I thought as soon as the video started.

Bike was on the verge of grenading from the get go.......I was thinking "shut it off!!!"

I'm glad I'm not the only one that suspected that. I'm sleep deprived (almost been awake for 24hrs), and I was thinking the same thing. Something just didn't look real about it. Also, wouldn't the bike make some sort of movement, or jerk, if all that spinning momentum inside the motor went to hell in a hand-basket in 1/64th of a second? The reaction was pretty mellow, too. If my bike blew up on me like that, I'd be like, "WHAT THE H$#@(!*#@!!!!"

Either way, cool video.

That video was incredible! Great riding, and the editing and camera angles were pure art. Snowboard & Skateboard quality filming right there.
