Leichen never showed up either.

In the on-again, off-again training saga between Ryan Hughes and Jason Lawrence, Ryno called today to let us know that they have officially parted ways. “It’s hard to train someone when they don’t show up,” Hughes told us.
I assume he meant Lawrence, and not both of them?
Some food for thought: After the first three SXs in 2008, Ryan Dungey was leading the Western Region with 72 points and eventual champion Jason Lawrence was 34 points back in fifth. In 2009 Dungey is again leading with 70 points, while Lawrence sits seventh with a 36-point deficit.

a real program, it all has to flow & all has to work.
Each & everyone needs to do their part 150%, or
regardless of appearances it's all in vein!"

"you can take that 2 the bank".............
That's a different subject.

NOOB!
LEAVE JLAW ALONE !
Also, I didn't see any testing equipment to monitor V02max, lactate levels, blood glucagon, etc.
Further, his nutrition advice can't be taken that seriously as he doesn't have an RD, CSCS, or a dietetics degree.
Since you're the one to bring him over to YOT, and he seemed to respect you a bunch, have you talked to him at all at the races?
Just wondering
Get that from the family doctor that couldnt cure a ham, let alone anything else.

That's true I took that risk. I would do it again too. We seemed to hit it off well.
I liked him & I think it was mutual. I knew somewhat what I was getting into,
but he's just so damn talented, & ALL know that & can see it. I've also known his
agent for 25 plus yrs. & we're friendly still. Sure, I try to find him & say hello. Even
at this recent A2 race, I was chatting to "Frenchy" my former co-worker at the
Yamaha rig, & Jason found me, so yeah, we're still friendly. Funny, sure I don't like
what I see & hear, & many always try to get me to talk smack on or about him, but
I won't. I hired him as a capable racer 1st. I still believe in him. Others do to.
Sure it's a tough that's a given, but on the bike he's awesome.
To me, he's also always been nice, so that's what I'm going with!
Still, I wish him well.

Pit Row
I'm fairly sure that no one on this forum actually knows what Ryno or Jason has discussed pertaining to Jason's program.
Ryno has always been known for his toughness on and off the bike and I am sure he is learning everyday as we all are.
Jason has always ridden his bike for training and will have to find a middle ground for his supplemental training.
All of this will take time and experience.

Yes this seems to be an issue
JLaw isn't the first person to leave Ryno and probably won't be the last. Different riders are motivated differently by different people. Perhaps Jason and Hughes just weren't meshing well anymore. Maybe JLaw lost focus and motivation like he did during the nationals last summer, or maybe he just feels he can do it differently, his own way, ect. We don't know, and you know what they say about assuming.
