Technically they are. The riders of both teams are contracted through KMC.

2019, 2011, 2009, 2008

Unless we aren’t counting PC as team Kawi...even though Factory Kawi doesn’t have an in house 250 team?

I mean its not really that hard. Same team, is same team. PC is not the same team as Factory kawi. Roczen and Jett Lawrence, same team. Plessinger and Cooper, same team. Tomac and Forkner, not same team.....

2009 was the last time. And 1995 before that.

Thankyou and MXD ,
It was just a trivial thing that was bothering me but I didn’t want to dive into stats looking for the answer. It Will be cool if star pulls this off

I think it was that one year when that one guy won, and then his teammate also won. I want to say it was 2009.

By your criteria the only teams eligible from 2009-2020 were Suzuki and Husky…this year you had Honda, KTM, Gas Gas, Husky and Yam so chances are much greater for it to happen…

Some others, too. To name some of them:
Geico/Factory Connection ran Windham/Hahn/Tomac/Stewart/Bogle in 450s
KTM ran Roczen/Musquin/Ferris/Hill in 250s
Pro Circuit ran Tickle/Rattray in 450s

It says that Honda still runs a factory team in both the MXGPs and US Nationals and competes at a very high level in all classes, whereas Suzuki, who as recently as a decade ago had a much stronger program than Honda has all but given up pro motocross.
