That's pretty amazing, little 65 must be under a fair load just going up it!

What am I missing? A kid jumping the double of the leap on a 65. Is that Evan Ferry, Timmys son?

I'd imagine it is, but even if it isn't, it's pretty badass!

I do not think that is Larocco's leap. Looks more like the parking lot jump to me. Cool

Not unless they just switched to Cobra's.

That jump at Bubbas house looks terrifying. I don't think I could do that.

we have a crazy little 7 yr old up here in this area that likes to air it out as well. shot from last weekend doing one of our (PolkaDots MC)large step ups. If he's down at red bud this weekend, he'll be jumping the leap I imagine.

Most of the top ten 65 Jr, and most 65 Sr riders will double Larocco's leap. My son did it when he was 7. 60 ft is the double, 120 is the triple. Son said it was about 3/4 throttle, 5th gear on a 65.

This is my son now. At the time he was 11. This is the 110 ft step-up table at Riverside MX in Dothan, AL on an 85. From the ground his head is about 35ft in the air.

sick - when i was 11 i would have been lucky to hit 20 footers at 4ft in the air, how things change.

Way back in the day there was a pic in a mag (i think MXA) of RC hitting a double on a KX60 that was ginormous!!! Might of been at Englishtown? it was a small b/w pic and i remember being so blown away by it! "that kid is gonna be someone someday" LOL

The bikes now are so capable - it gives me palpitations watching my 7 year old flying on his 50....jumping stuff I probably would not have tried when I was 12 or 13 on an 80 (in the 80s).

Thank you. I feel much better now. About the past, that is
Got any good excuses for this weekend?
Age? That always works. I'm too old for this....

Jake at 10, I swear my heart stopped when he would do this. A private track put together by a name from the past Brian McElroy, sorry for the shitty video. I had no idea Jake was up for this and didn't have a good camera.
