Given the bewildering selection of different grips I don’t want to overlook one. Anybody have any insight to who manufactures the largest diameter grip?

This question coming from a guy who could palm a basketball when he was 15 years old.

I’ve experimented building up existing grips with “Vet wrap” and find that it really reduces forearm fatigue for me.

Many years ago I use very soft large diameter street bike on my dirt bikes before the grips developed to a better product over the years. The ones I used were from a mid 70's Honda 750 street bike. I can't seem to remember the aftermarket company's name, but Honda also offered them as well.
These look to be the same as those.

Scott used to make some that I really liked. Haven't seen them around in a while though.

I used to love the Tag Cradle grips, but they are discontinued. I may go back to my old- school method of using cloth tape on the handlebar to swell the diameter a little bit under the grips.

I remember those from back in the day, not sure they be appropriate for Moto.

I've run a band of duct tape over the bar and then slid pillow top pro tapers over

Pro Taper used to make different sizes/thicknesses of their Pillow Top grip, but it looks like they only have one now which I believe was once called the Pillow Top Lite.

Tag Metals had a similar option that they called something like Diamond Top...basically little pyramids rather than trapezoids. They had larger sizes too and I was sure I would prefer them over standard full waffle grips with my XXL length hands. I actually rode with them for the better part of a year, and while they did offer a noticeable amount of additional cushion, I actually felt like I missed some of the helpful feedback from the bike and that they contributed slightly to increased arm pump.

Perhaps if there was a similar option with a firmer compound, I could see that being better for riders with oversized meat hooks.

ODI Rogue’s work good for me and I wear a XXL glove. Another option would be Oury, they are probably the fattest.

They still have both the Pillow Top and Pillow Top-Lite. Just make sure you don't screw up and get the Pillow-Top clamp -on style. They are very small diameter and have no resemblance to the full Pillow Tops.

Oury had some pretty big grips. I’ve also seen people put shrink wrap over the bar then put on the grip to get a bit bigger around.

I wear XXl gloves and have settled on renthal full waffles as my go to. I play tennis casually and have noticed that I get tennis elbow if I use the wrong diameter grip on a racquet, either too big or too small. This is mostly because you have to grip harder to get control if it doesn’t fit well. I think there’s something to be said for grip diameter and its effect on arm pump. The full waffles aren’t the thickest but the slight increase and the edges on the waffle allow for good control without a death grip.
