I thought JS63(?) was going to open near Elsinore? Is this too saturated? No mention of it at all in this article. The location of JS63 is kind of vague, does anyone have a better idea of where it will be located?

It is going to open. Elsinore is most likely to re open as well. This happens every time the track closes. This will be the 3rd re opening

😂 Under current state rules, counties such as Riverside that don’t manage off-road parks don’t get a proportional share of the millions of dollars in fees generated annually by off-highway-vehicle registration, which issues green stickers for off-road vehicles

😂😂 effort will depend on finding surplus money in the 2020-21 state budget

😂😂😂It’s almost an extra insult for those people who pay for those green stickers in Riverside County,” Greene said. “We have been paying for off-road parks in other parts of the state.”

The green sticker money doesn’t go to “off-road parks” it goes to hiring more rangers to hand out tickets, post signs, put up fences, run EIRs, build hiking trails....
Is this a politicians idea?
