I'm planning to ride in the dark and need some advice
How heavy of a lamp can I put on my helmet?
How much watt does the fuel injection take (Honda crf250, 2011)

if I were you I'd look into Nite Rider helmet lights, they're really bright and have a pretty good battery life.

Check them out, I have one of their helmet lights. I ride a KTM150XC, which doesn't have any lighting. I can see very well with this light. It's very lightweight, no heavier than a GoPro. Hope this helps!

I have one of those also, it works really good too. Not as many lumens though.

This is where I bought my light. Made my own bracket. TL500F

https://tigerlights.com/search.html?q=tl500

The U-bracket came with the light, I welded it to the small bracket that is in the picture. The larger bracket mounts to the top bolt at the # plate and the 2 fender bolts

I recently purchased a Baja Designs Squadron headlight for my 2019 YZ450F.....raced a night race a few weeks ago at Glen Helen and i had one of the brightest lights in the class and it wasn't overkill. I'll be using it to ride sweep at the 24hr GP this weekend in Glen Helen

Are you happy with the output? Pattern and amount of light? What kind of riding are you doing?

I thought a flood pattern might be a bit short/wide and the lumens are typically over-stated on most of the Chinese made LEDs.

Great looking bracket, if you ask me!

4000 lumen, desert trail riding in Eastern Oregon - China Hat and other areas. Worked great in my opinion and the cost is reasonable. Bracket cost $50.00 and I knew the fabricator.

Looks great, I put a 80W lamp on mine but when I turned it on the motorcycle died so my generator don't produce that much

You're right!!! took your advice and bought the Nite Rider helmet lights, and it's a great product. It's summer, and it's a good time to ride my bike at night (it calms me down and excites me at the same time), so I decided it would be nice to decorate my bike with LED strips from https://www.amazon.com/car-lights-car-led-lights/dp/B09L86JRRM. It looks great with the helmet lights you recommended. The only disadvantage of the LED strips is that it makes it easier for the cops to notice me and give me a speeding ticket, LOL!
