How many of you ol’ timers will admit to being a baggy pants goon back in the day? I had some in 2000……wore them out to the practice track, twice!

I actually had their “race” stuff in like 06’, wasn’t baggy, was in the boots, I’d rock it again.

Oh really? I bought these Grinch costume pants and had my mother in law add fabric to make them a little more rideable. I still need belt loops though

Hell yeah I did.

Cow print ones even.

I’d rock em again if they came back out, especially now that most my bikes are e-start so I wouldn’t continue to suffer with the above mentioned kickstarter issue.

Wore Xtreme baggy gear in 99 , was not very good in the mud/rain as the over the boot part just let all the water in
Also. Not good on four strokes as the pants just burnt when they were up against the header .

Mine was the baggy shift gear Seth Enslow used to wear. Honestly, still love the memories in that gear.

I used to get SMP gear for free and was caught up in the moto video scene. My dad who was an old school moto guy was disgusted, but at the same time he was pretty proud of the quality girls his son pulled. Chicks loved that look and the the tight fitting gear wasn't that cool to them. It was kinda how snowboarding went from the tight stuff to the looser feeling gear. Plus alot of the companies would have zippers to to take the lower legs off. I still have 4 sets in perfect condition

When I was a teenager I wanted some really bad. It was in style. Parents weren't going to buy me any, hell I didnt even ask because I knew the answer. The small bike shop we went to didnt have any and we didnt even have the internet back then. Ended up buying some black Jnco jeans at the mall and riding in them. Haha. Judge all you want but I still rock over the boot style pants most of the time. It just feels like who I am I guess.

Had one pair of baggy pants, the second time I got the kickstarter stuck in the leg and fell over I gave them away. The look is whatever it is, the functionality was garbage. My flatbiller neighbor kid was happy

I’ve got three pairs, the gold n white ones, a red pair and a shiny black pair.

Bought all of them a few years ago brand new off a guy locally for 100$.

I had a black pair of LBZ. I wore than for practice some times but mainly wore them when I raced snocross in the late 90’s. FXR then came to that sport and I retired them.

Only a couple times at the track, but always at Glamis. Kept sand out of my boots being the biggest reason why.

I had a couple pairs of Shift pants. I think I might still have one pair.

Still have a pair of Forrest green LBZ’s. Their website is still up. Bought a beanie just for the hell of it.

Shout out to my dad who completely disregarded the baggy gear I put on my birthday and Christmas lists every year and continued to get me proper race gear.

At the time it seemed so unfair, he just had the foresight that it would be an absolute embarrassment 25 years later 😂
