So I'm reading between the motos with Larry Brooks on Racerx's website and I come to this paragraph.
Lots of talk about the team. What is the status of it and what’s the future look like?
Two days ago I couldn’t have told you. If I would show you an email back and forth with our new sponsor because I said we were going to win tonight. The whole deal hinged on Andrew getting on the podium and I said, “Fine, we’ll go and win.” Don’t think I’m a fortune teller, I got lucky! So anyways, we’re going to announce it next week but we do have a new title sponsor. Our old one decided to just not be with us any more and that’s another story.
Then I read this.
The new title sponsor, we’ve agreed on everything and he’s going to be for the next two years. It’s going to be really cool to have him back into the sport.
And then it hits me.

Just a week ago the L&Mc team was struggling, having lost a sponsor and then not have another step up. But in the wake of Short's big win in Seattle, the team is now on solid footing with their old friends from Chaparral.
Racer X Online will have more on this story as it develops."
