There's no way you can have a physician on hand at every track every day it's open with the ability to administer an ice cold saline IV as soon as you seen to have suffered an SCI
Good idea, seems to work and with more research could save many people.
Problem is field diagnosis and proper application
Maybe in a dozen years, who knows

At ponca the EMS did not even have a flash light and people expect the E.M.S to be able to do this?

Never anywhere did I say this type of emergency care is what we need at the track. Sure it would be great, but like Dave said maybe a few years from now. Now that they know this type of therapy/treatment can work, maybe the technology in this treatment will advance quickly???
