Just seen the news that big Ken has retired , great rider and great character- good luck with the future.
Just thinking about about Ken going past the top Mx1 riders on what looked like an 85 and then waving his hand as if to beckon them on to keep up, legend! Brings a smile to me every time.

BTW, MXVice reported that he made the decision to retire immediately after the first moto at Assen, and he didn't line up for the second one, which is just brilliant. Could he have retired in a more typical De Dycker way than that? Deciding half way through a GP that he can't be arsed anymore
Keeno at a Belgium Championship round few years ago on a 2 stroke
Awesome rider and great guy. Saw him allot at my local track in the mid 2000's. One time he was there with a helmet brand to test new models and we where parked next to him, talked a bit and offered us to test some also. (i forgot the brand...)
Happy retirement Big Ken!
Some remarkable facts, 2nd to Villopoto at Buds Creek mxdn moto1 !
