One of them definitely looks like a motocross bike.

I'm pretty sure one will be an EV model, but probably street. The President of Kawasaki Japan said publicly last year that they would introduce at least 3 EV models this year. They have come out with one so far, the Elektrode.

On a related note, that 310 jet ski looks amazing but $18K for a jet ski?! 😳

Will they have a 250SR? I think I remember seeing SR on the Pro-Circut bikes this year. But maybe I was just seeing things.

You weren’t seeing things. It definitely had SR on the 250s.

Didn’t we just have a thread like this a few months ago?

Kawasaki sure knows how to market! Grinning

Edit: Or was it a Yamaha that did this same exact teaser? They’re all doing the same shit. Lol

Probably not. The SR on the Pc bikes is more of a marketing thing. Kawi used to label their race bikes SR all the time.

ML, any idea if any of the 7 are MXers? Any chance the ‘24 450 launches as a factory addition like KTM?

No, the new bike hasn’t been through US endurance testing yet.

When you go to the Kawasaki website, they have all 7 models under bike covers. You can tell that one is a motocross bike. I was working at Kawasaki the last year and a half and left in May. I heard some rumblings that there was not going to be a 450SR in 23 before I left. My guess is a 250SR?

CLICK HERE to view the 7 bikes under covers.

I’ll just pretend it’s a 350 and be hopeful for a little before being let down

The one in the back is an mx bike…I’d guess a KX450SR similar to last year but some changes like Showa suspension and some features for the 24 bike that could be brought early

They'd sell more if they went with a Carb.

Dudes are dying for a good alternative to the lackluster and problem riddled 300s KTM group has been putting out lately. Sure, they are good bikes....after you get a reflash, a new head, a fan, change the gearing etc. etc. then cross your fingers that you don't have any of the random issues that make them run like crap. LOL

From the sounds of it KTM group has fixed all of those issues with the new premix EFI bikes. Everyone who has ridden them seems to have nothing but positive things to say.
As for Kawasaki they would be the last company to produce a two stroke again. Will never happen.

Im hankering after a newer TPI 300.

Should I stick with my '16 300EXC a bit longer?

There are more than one set of knobby tires in there, though not very aggressive looking like the bike in the back.

There's 5 spoked front rims and only one looks like a cruiser

Kawasaki has been killing it in US sales. They moved ahead of Yamaha 2 years ago and have not looked back. That is US sales mind you. They are still the smallest of the big 4 in worldwide sales. Even Suzuki.

Honda just took their shirt off. Honda would be the last company to produce a 2 stroke.
Kawasaki still produces 3, 2 stroke motocross bikes
