Found Sayaka Kaneshiro trying out her new factory toy last week at Lake Elsinore. She rips! I look forward to seeing what she can do in WMX this summer.

She goes pretty damn fast. She was out at Cahuilla Creek a few months ago after a long rain. It was a total mudbog (which I like) I tried to hang with her.. but after 3-4 laps of trading mud roost she rode away from me. Nothing like getting beat bye a girl to raise your self esteem...haha

I was humbled a while ago. WMX riders are much faster on average than they were even just a few years ago. The depth of talent continues to increase and Sayaka is a prime example.

Seems they have increased speed no doubt, and one have to face the fact that some of them will make some of us look silly, but maybe not to the Showa A-kit-level just yet?Dry

I think its awesome... Its a much nicer view behind some of these ladies than it is the average dude the roosts me at the track!!!!

Good to see more fast women, can only be a good thing. Also nice to see a Japanese rider outside of Japan, they make so many of the bikes we see on the track yet have little presence rider wise. I've always found that a bit odd.
