I went through my ever growing photo collection and put together a small gallery of photos of Kailub
from the GNCC races I attended from 2007-2010 and the 2018 Unadilla and 2021 Southwick MX Nationals.

Kailub should have ridden the 450. He would have gotten better results.

I agree, but they probably figured they already had two 450 riders and only one other 250 rider(Max) so that's why they probably put him on the 250, Unless it was Kailub's choice which class to ride?
