So a friend bought a 1990 kx 250 for a good deal but it needs a lot of work and he just found a 04 complete roller minus electronics and engine that someone used to do an AF swap. We are thinking of taking the engine and elctronics from the 90 and putting it in the 04 chassis just wondering if anyone knows if the engine will fit?
Restore the '90, grab the '04 and find the required parts, keep both and have a 125 and 250 to play around with.
