What is everyone running on their KTM for radiator protection? I always used Works connection braces on my Jap bikes but looks like they're not available for the European bikes.

I just ordered a set from Unabiker for my 300xc. Would have preferred a set of billet ones, but didn't really feel the need to spend that much money. The quality on the Unabiker set looked good.

Will look into them, thanks.

I went with the ICW bracing on mine for $120 instead of bolting on some big heavy guards. I understand they don't cover the front of the radiators like some of the guards, but in over 25 years of riding and racing off road, I've never had something poke through the front of my radiator.

Not really worried about something poking through, more concerned with dropping the bike and tweaking them, the bracing from ICW looks legit, can you still use the stock louvers?

Yes, Ive used ICW braced radiators in the past and your louvers will mount as normal. ICW does great work, I had a set on a YZ250 that I used on 3 different bikes and never bent them.

Great customer service as well. They have an amazing warranty and will replace them if they are damaged.

Yes sir.

Way tricker option if you can stomach a little extra investment.

What do people think of the KTM PowerParts rad braces? The guy I bought my bike from had bought them for it, are they crap, or just too expensive for most to recommend?

I'm using Enduro Engineering braces on my 16 450SX-F for the last three years. No issues and I've fallen many times.

Another upvote for ICW - Brett does fantastic work. I've had him reinforce/frame 3 sets of radiators and never had a single issue since.

I bought the bullet proof designs braces for my current FC350 - and while they do fit under the stock shrouds, it does make them bulge out just a tad at the top.

I bought a set. They seemed ok and lined up bolts fine but the fender hits them when you turn the bars. Enough so that you’d probably have to take 3/8” or so off the back of the front fender. No way to trim the actual braces since it’s right in the thickest part of the brace. I took them off because it drove me nuts having the fender get caught on them every time I turned the bars

I second the Enduro Engineering braces. Very high quality and they take a beating. They also have front guards that bolt on to the braces I believe?

BulletProof Designs on all of my off-road bikes. The best customer service in the business and quality is unmatched.
I have had Bret at ICW do many sets of radiators on my motocross bikes and he does a great job and no issues.
