Gave up looking for these for the 2016, 2017, 2018 KTM 250/450sxf. Anyone ever find them? I see the Rtech oversized louver add with factory color match on this site but they are not on their website. Emailed them with no response. Any help is much appreciated.

Got a bike in the shop yesterday with these and thought they looked pretty good, but I assume you're looking for the plastic louvers and not guards.

The polysport louvers are 3 things.

1. Ugly non factory look molding.

2. Not even close to color match. Might match a 1992 but not 2017.

3. Pure shit - nuts spin, etc.

They should offer every person who purchased them a full refund.

As has been said above , don’t waste your time with the polisport ones. The colour orange is more of a rusty bronze, and the threads are terrible

Been chasing a set myself. I think they were available from KTM for awhile but don't seem to be anymore.

I’ve tried to get the r tech ones myself after seeing them on a add here. Guess their ads are working but whoever does their website needs to update it some.

Get a Set a few years ago with some team plastic that was given to me.., got all exited, went to put them on. And they are wider than stock. ? They must run a row or two wider radiators.

KTM OEM plastics are made by Polisport.

Agreed, the orange looks off but I'm just saying they exist since he asked. Personally, I don't run orange ones.

I can't help you find some but I can confirm they are/were available as OEM pieces. I'm running a set on my 17 450.

My home track is Reynard's, same as BB60. When Benny got his new bike I got a truckload of shit from him that didn't fit on the 18.5/19 bike. Lots of plastic, seats, seat covers, hand guards, etc. Also included were two brand new sets of the orange KTM louvers. I guarantee they are OEM KTM as Benny had NO aftermarket or Polisport stuff and FWIW they are a perfect 16 Orange color match. They do exist.

I have them.. but I believe it is a factory part... they are wider than original to fit larger radiators the factory teams use in europe. (Came of hsf ktm)

You have to go to the euro site to see the new catalog. I ordered them thru us distributor.

I dont like the polisport ones either, although they are stout. The polisport orange is way off, like others said.
I ordered somemof these rtech ones recently to match my flo plastic. Id imagine theyll do just fine.

Actually today found in my spam folder an email from rtech, saying these are on backorder for 4-6 weeks, and that my order was cancelled due to that, and check back with bto or pro circuit to reorder once in stock.
Thats cool i guess.

I don’t know about years past, but Polisport is KTM’s current supplier.

Polisport finally changed the color for their louvers, same part number as before but the color is the newer 16 orange.

Nice, those look good! Where did you order from?
Those exact ones came from Polisport themselves, and they assured me that the part number would be the same and that they just changed the color. But when I ordered that part number for stock out of WPS, the brownish ones came again. They took them back and said they'd send more once they received the newer orange color, but apparently there are warehouses full of the brown ones still. So I'm very happy I got an orange set!

Yeah, that seems like a concern. Thanks for the update!

FWIW, here's what the OEM louvers look like. Different design than the stock black ones that came from the factory on my 17 450.

Somehow I completely missed these. However I did call RMATV and the person pulled a set of the polisport ones for me and said they were bright KTM orange. Think I'll go acerbis though for the quality mentioned above.

I have the correct color polisports and the threads suckkkkkkkk! I was extra careful because I read they were bad and I still had to get a tap out to get one in.
