KTM mini rear wheel

i just change my son clutch on his KTM mini 50 and I have not tried to start it. The kick starter moves but when I try to move the bike the rear wheel locks up. Will it free up once the bike is running or am I missing something?

What year mini? They changed the clutch set up recently and it works completely different than earlier KTM 50's with the 3 shoe clutches. You need to check out the 50cc forum at ktmtalk.com. Probably every question you could ever have about these bike have probably been asked and answered in this forum. Good luck.
