19 model specs on US site do not show the dry weight. Is there some lawyers involved with this?

Still the lightest, and if I had to guess, even a little lighter. We received our first few 2019’s and when I took the first TC250 off the stand after setting it up, I could have sworn it was my 18 TC125. Going to be another good year Cool

You can always go to KTM.com site and check details. 450f 100kg 350 99.5kg 250sx 95.5kg and so on. Adding 10kg you get weight of bikes from Japan. 1 kg = 2.20462262 lb

Maybe they just feel bad for the Japanese manufacturers and don't want to embarrass them..

These are NOT 2019 weights, but it's still relevant.

From the 2018 Dirt Bike Shootout:

"Here are some of the facts about each bike. First of all there’s the weight. On the same scale, with the fuel tanks all drained, here’s how they stack up:

KTM 450SX-F: 225 lb. (221 dry/235 ready to ride)
Husqvarna FC450: 225 lb.
Kawasaki KX450F: 231 lb.
Yamaha YZ450F: 239 lb.
Honda CRF450R: 240 lb.
Suzuki RM-Z450: 240 lb."

Each of these bikes will complete absolutely zero laps in this condition. For a 30 minute plus 2 lap moto, you need to add from 10-12 lbs. for fuel (at the beginning of the race). This puts the Alta back in the game at 259 lbs. vs. 235-250 for IC bikes.

KTM claims 1 lb. lighter for '19
Kawasaki claims 8 lbs. lighter for '19 at 232.4 dry or 246 ready to race (big difference from above?)
Honda claims 247 ready to ride
