So, with Tickle more than likely out for at least half the outdoors, and maybe now that Webb’s out, does anyone see KTM or Yamaha filling those spots with replacement riders? And if so, who do you think? Bowers? Mookie?

It should be fairly obvious that Hill will fill in for Coop if they really need to field 2 riders, as he already has a factory practice bike and was aiming to race Vegas anyhow.
McElrath would be a good choice over at KTM. He’s ridden the big bike before and is out of the 250 title hunt.
Hill would do any necessary rounds for Yamaha.
KTM likely doesn't require one for the rest of SX, now outdoors is a different story.
Indeed if Yamaha US keeps paying him 550 000 US Dollars, that is about 700 000 Aussie Dollars to race in America. So he doesn't lose money on it then maybe he would consider, otherwise he will stay in his where he is. That was also the case why he left Europe. He makes Desalle/Paulin/... money in Australia. That is money nobody in Europe really wants to pay him.
Kirk Gibbs for KTM would be a good fit. The kid has Dean Ferris speed, but is probably not making as much money because he isn't the big favorite for the champion like Dean is. Dean is every year the champion to be.
Edited Date/Time:
Philty Phil has to be the guy Yamaha picks if Webb is not racing outdoors.
Ferris would be perfect for KTM if he wants to do it.
KC11 has been on Yamahas and doing well all year in both West 250 and East 450 rounds so he would be a good candidate....... as long as he can still run Moto Hose
