Meh, it could be a lot worse. He could be getting handed Suzukis roster. I mean getting Marvin whos in the fight for every 450 title now and Webb whos had an even better overall career so far, just needs a kick in the pants to get his 450 ride going -who now is getting just that with Aldon... reeeeally isnt that bad of a hand to be dealt and besides Kawasaki is actually the best situation that you could be given. Getting KTM/Aldon is about as good as it gets.

Could Dungey be next in line though? This would give him plenty of time to start a family, do other things, brand ambassador, etc. before starting to learn the skills needed to become Team Manager.

I personally don't think he'll completely walk away from the sport. He'll stay involved.

Ian was the natural progression for KTM. He has learned from Roger for so many years this will be a seamless transfer.

Ian will excel as team manager

Maybe Webb vs. Musquin will be another Stanton vs. Bayle and it will cause both of them to rise to their best.
So DeCoster is 73 years old, I just read on Wikipedia. Getting a promotion at 73 is incredible enough, I don't care what industry you are in. The man is a phenomenon. Wikipedia: "By the mid-seventies, he had established himself as the greatest motocrosser of all time."

If I had to guess, Ryan Morais would be next in line after Ian Harrison, whenever that day comes. Congrats to Roger and to Ian of course!

An orderly transition for KTM. They have their shit together and their vision for continued domination is secure. Ian has been an incredible understudy and has earned the position the right way. Congrats to all. Roger D=STUD.
