Question for those who have ridden or have both.
I rode my buddies TPI this past weekend and while the bike handled very well and the suspension was very plush in rocky terrain, the motor was quite underwhelming. It felt very torquey but no pull or excitement. Is the standard carbureted 250 2 stroke motor the same or have more punch?

Just an OEM head swap makes the enduro bikes hit harder. Not sure how different the port timing is, but surely its set up for more low and mid as well.
And the pipe.........

Enduro guys though, EFI is nice to have. Especially those that live in the Rockies or Coastal ranges, both Canada and USA. Plus, if you can plate one where you are, the OI would be handy. Not needed for EFI, but its just another convenience to have to not have to carry a small bottle of oil with you.
Likely WONT pass euro emissions like that though!
The sx version is extremely OVERWHELMING vs a std yz.
