Seeing KT Tape has stepped up and injected money into our sport I thought I'd post their email hoping people would send them a quick email recognizing their contribution. Sponsorship dollars are hard to come by in racing so it's GREAT to have some new money come into MX/SX. Letting them know we appreciate their participation by sponsoring Benny Bloss would prove beneficial for all of us regardless of which rider they sponsor. Mentioning Benny's name in the email would also benefit the big guy...

I received mine Monday, what a difference it has made. I have been struggling with a rotator cuff issue. I had a cortisone shot last June and a week later had it pop out at the gym. I wish I never had the shot and would have let it rest instead. Once taped up it has improved each day. After 2 days it does stretch too much and requires new tape. I definitely recommend this product for any muscle or joint issues!

Well I would imagine the first time (removing it) is the only time you have to worry about it. lol.

It'll stick much better if you trim or shave the area where you're taping.

You do need to shave the hair off where it is applied.

Works okay with hairy limbs. They won't be hairy after removing the tape, so you'll be good to go for the next time. Laughing

As others said maybe give a trim.

But just wanted to add as I use it for my knee try a couple different ways. There is one way that really helps me and others that don’t do anything. Lots of info out there on different ways to apply it. I do two strips around the knee cap like this ( ) but touching at top and bottom with a half strip just below the knee cap and it does wonders. Not sure what I have wrong but it helps a bunch.
