Anyone have experience with KKE wheels. Looking at a set for my son's KX85.

Beside knowing it will come with a case of Corona.

Don’t do it. Faster USA has a budget set that is reasonably priced and still great quality. Great guys to work with. They may not answer the phone because they’re working, but got back to me quickly.

Note: I am not affiliated or sponsored by them, just impressed with their customer service, advice, and quality.

Thanks. I was just checking. I have used Tusk Impact wheels for weekend riding with good results.

Was just seeing if any tried them

Don't do it! I just had to put a set on an XR600 that I'm working on. Absolute worst set I've ever tried to put on a bike. I tried talking the guy out of them for many reasons, but he wanted them because they look cool and it came with everything needed for $1050, including tires.

I would not recommend them!

Copy that ! I paid just under $1,200.00 for a "ready to ride set" from Faster USA. Collin was great to work with.

It’s just a cast hub powder coated, super cheap looking when up close. Way better off with tusk or the new dubya edge for a cost efficient set and actual t6 aluminum hubs

I risked it and threw these on my yz125. I compared the material specs to the Tusk wheels and they were the same. I have almost 80hrs on them without an issue. 24 of those hours being an endurance race at Glen Helen. I've done one set of bearing so far. No cracks or dents. I had to retorque the spokes longer than normal but they're pretty set now. I feel like I've gotten my money's worth already. I think I spent $450 on them. Stick with the 6082-T6 Aluminum hub if you get them.

Glad there is someone who has personal experience with the wheels! Way better than stories about your friends buddy that knew someone who tried them

I have a set on my SXF 350 for about 20 hours and haven’t had 1 problem with them. I check the nipples quit a bit and very few need tightening. For 499.00 I would by them again in a heart beat. I don’t think they are any worse then the Tusk wheels.

I've have a set on a yz250f for at least 4 years without any issues and they're the cheaper cast ones the rim is 7050 aluminum with cast hub and stainless steel spokes in Japanese bearings they're good for the money. Tascups are 6061 aluminum their billet hubs are 6082 which is a stronger aluminum than the tusk

K k e also tells you on their website not to use the hardware sent with the wheels use your own OE hardware I don't think people really go to their website and look at the directions that would help a lot of people

I have Tusk on my 07 KX250. They were the only one I could find with blue hubs and silver rims. No issues so far.

Got a set of Warp 9's with purple hubs for my KTM 500, love the color.
