What's your thoughts?

About where he would be or did you think he'd do better?

( full disclaimer : I didn't watch the races, just looking thru results. Not sure why the 16th in moto 2, if anything happened to him... but the 6th in moto 1 is pretty dang good, in my opinion.)

I didn’t think he would do that good. Good for him, he’ll get there.

I was not expecting a top 5 from him for sure, so a 6th is pretty decent

I was thinking he would be doing good to get a top 15 all things considered. I’m impressed! Guy is awesome! Now build on that and stay in the hunt and press for that championship!

what happened in the 2nd? he was running up front, just hit rh3 wall?
5/19/2018 7:05pm
He faded in the 2nd Moto, was running up in the top 10 with about 4 mins to go. Not sure what happened but I think it was a very solid ride. His starts were excellent too

Fatigue and pain set in second moto I suppose. But he looked reallly strong in the beginning. Like burn said he will get there.

he slowed way down in the 2nd moto. Gotta imagine his hands are extremely sore.

Glen Helen will be a rough day

Speed, talent and determination never were an issue with roczen. I figured he would finish around 7-10th. He looked really good in the first half of the motos. I'm certain he will improve and be up toward podium positions by the end of the year.

Speedwise he's just as good as anybody apart from musquin and tomac
Fitness will come
Glen Helen will be hard. I expect him to make big steps from round 3 forward.
Title chances depend on if tomac and musquin F up (again)

Expected top 15 for sure. He played it smart in my opinion. He needs seat time and he’ll get it this summer. Just needs to stay healthy.

He finished both motos, he'll get there!

What I expected... Comes out "Kenny fast" no problem; it's the 30 x 2 that's the problem right now. Dude's a warrior no matter what though.. Can't take that away from him

I'm surprised he finished as high as he did. I'm basing that on the seriousness of his injury and something he recently posted on his Instagram. He posted something along the lines of finally being able to complete full motos without the pain being to great to finish. If memory serves this was only a week or two ago. Gotta give it to Roczen, he's got a huge heart! Can't help but respect that!

To be up there running with the leaders surprised the hell out of me. He's still got it but Glen Helen will really put his arm to the test next week.

We were at the race, great weather, much better crowd than last year. Roczen just looked stiff and worn out by the end of moto 2. I did not see him tip over, but it might have happened. I agree Glen Helen will be really tough for him unless he has a miraculous recovery this week...

Career affecting injuries. Like Reed, A for determination but KR94, arms are important. Shame, hope he proves me wrong.

He's a 2 time champ, he's got nothing to prove, he can finish outside the top 10 in every race and build a base for 19. 2018 MX means nothing.

450 class is weak, he should be 5-7 every weekend. There is no names finishing 12-15.

That's what I would guess to his lap times fell off alot the last 6 laps. Went from mid high 20s to low 240s the last lap. Pretty amazing hes back riding let alone race at this point

What is good, is that he has the speed to run at the front at the start, everything else will come. He held on well in race one, lack of seat time bit him in race 2. He went as hard as he could, for as long as he could, i hope he hasnt done anything to put him back at all.

Maybe you need to get your ass out there and show the no names how to finish in the top 10.
