Musquin brake check got the best of him. That’s the little things you’ve gotta watch for on the 450.

I was bummed for Hill though,I would've loved to have seen him lead for a while or at the least hang on for a podium spot.
I think marv knew what he was doing too, he brake checked just a little. I don't think there is anything wrong with that though.

That was awesome! The way this sport is, it's sad to think he could go the rest of his career and not come that close to winning another SX. I hope that's not the case. The way he passed Tomac and was doing that quad! It looked like if he had a little more patience that one was his. It looked like he closed the gap on Musquin faster than he was expecting and didn't check up enough. Next weekend probably can't come fast enough for Justin...chompin at the bit to get back on that 450 I suspect!

Look’s like Hill just put everyone on notice!

I bet a few factory teams are kicking themselfs for not taking a chance on Hill.

Anyone know when his contract is up at JGR?

I have a feeling that he will keep this momentum up & be a hot commodity, time will tell.

I said a couple years ago he would be a major player in the big boy class. So happy for JGR Suzuki, him, as well as my favorite rider Weston Peick. Future looking bright. Kick some ass boyz!!
I dig Hill, and he had an insane ride last night, truly something special. Had he won, we would be talking about last night for decades.

However, we are talking about Hill here, and now he has shown he has the ability to run with, and beat, the best on a 450. I would love to see him keep doing what he did last night, as that was some next level speed and jumping, but can he be consistent?

That was indeed Hill's "welcome to the big bike class" moment.

Everyone jump on the bandwagon. I seem to remember how foolish JGR was for signing him after he sucked outdoors as the Vital opinion not long ago.

Great ride, he came in too hot and knew he was trapped and checked up, just couldn't keep from tipping. Jump for show and corner for dough.

Amazed that JGR got the setup right the 1st time. Great job, I think he knew what he was after in setup after learning how to setup the 250.

Just another example of how badly fans are being cheated by having a separate 250 class, where the riders are every bit as capable as the 450's.

I agree with you for the most part. I especially liked Hill's post race comments about the differences between the two classes.... and how the 450's is the "thinking man's class". Hill had a good night for his 450 debut. I still however, like watching the 250's as well. I'm not ready to ditch the class just yet.

would love to see what he could do on a 450 in outdoor s ,i really think he could be a changed rider on a 450 outdoors . the way he rides so low rpm would suit outdoors really well

It shows that the RMZ is capable of winning at the highest level of the sport. What else does Suzuki need to prove? If Hill can smoke Marv "Roadblock" Musquin, then Victor the Vet can smoke the +40 novices on an RMZ

He shreds that 450. I was surprised, especially given the year hes been having on the 250.

Hill is just so good at timing stuff. He reminds me of Reed, supercross is just effortless for those two. They do very few technical mistakes
he's also extremely gutsy. can't wait for Atlanta.

Punk bitch huh. You’re brilliant I see. Punk bitch just banked a mil at monster cup. I’m sure your achievements outshine Marv’s no doubt.

Justin hill rode absolutely awesome.

His bike looked absolutely awesome to, extremely settled and planted I was really impressed.

I’ve been a fan of his for a while so I hope he does well Saturday night again.

Would love to know your throughts on the 20 other riders who finished behind him tonight then!

They might as well just stay home right?

Brake check a guy after you have slammed each other a couple times, kind of dirty to put it on him right when he catches you in my opinion. You know that whole race forward thing.

You think a factory will give him a SX only deal? Doubt it.

It was an impressive ride though. Better than I thought he'd be, which was around 8-10th.

Hill rode how i was expecting Cooper to ride last year. It's just fresh to see some new and exciting riders push up to the top 5. This is a crazy year.
