I also don't agree with Dean Wilson riding for GB, he once chose to ride for Canada, then that is the country he should stick with.
Lennox Lewis fought for Canada in the 88 Olympics then when he knew he'd have a better future with a british passport he then finds out he's actually from GB.
USA has about 100x the population, but they are not 100x faster.
In fact per capita - New Zealand probably has the fastest mx riders in the world.

I don't know if you know but football players have to make a choice to what country they wanna play for if they have a link to a country, i.e. mother was welsh or spanish. Then once that choice is made, that's it.
I get that Monaco is a singular state. It uses the Euro because of the EU, like Puerto Rico uses the US dollar because of the US. You don't need a passport to enter Monaco as a EU citizen just as you don't need one to enter Puerto Rico as a US citizen. Similarities.
The French and Spanish operate the top of Andorra's government so as far as I'm concerned they can enter French or Spanish riders.
Then it should be....
Team Puerto Rico (USA Team 2)
MX1 (450) Thomas Covington
MX3 (450) Darian Sanayei
MX2 (250) Tristan Charboneau or Marshal Weltin
all racing riders racing GP's or Euro MX250
Makes more sense, and seems more fair for the riders....
