I'm pretty sure he had a crash a few years ago that caused a injury to his throat causing his voice to be like that,I think Kyle Chisholm had something similar happen.

Kyle Chisholm had an injury that caused some damaged to his throat and that's why he sounds different. I think it happen when he was James' teammate on the San Manuel Yamaha Team.

Not 100% sure about Bogle but I think that's just his voice. I don't recall anything about him having an injury but I could be wrong.
