Seems to me like with all the J-Law stuff and then the alleged firing and investigation by Monster that someone might want to try and see what the scoop is.

Maybe even call someone else at Monster ?

is he still a part of Spy as well? I dont think he is but man, i was blown away at how he was able to be such a big part of two companies (Monster and Spy) while still acting as an "agent". Talk about a conflict of interest!

yeah ,that old guy that posts from time to time was quick to retract that bit about his house being raided by the feds or something along those lines. Amazing that RacerX, Transworld or MXA hasn't mentioned anything about it. Seems he was such a big insider part of this "industry"(just gotta love that word) that someone would have said something one way or the other to clear this up. Or maybe none of it ever happened and he just decided to lay low for awhile. Vacation anyone? I know I'm long overdue for one.

Since I am sitting in the Pittsburgh Airport on a delay, thought I might chime in here.....

Scott and Monster are said to be working through a difference of opinion as to how his compensation should work. Their stock has gone through the roof, based in large part on the motocross and action sports lifestyle, which Sepkovic was a strong advocate for. The FBI has never been involved, as far as I know. Not sure what the big story here is, Jay, other than a difference of opinion between an agent/outside contractor and the company he worked with for a half-dozen years. Monster is still heavily (and thankfully) involved in Supercross, Motocross, and teams like PC and Kawasaki....
