What would win in a fight between a bear and a shark?

|

9/3/2018 5:19 AM

One single race?
JS7 there's not even a discussion

Ricky Carmichael is the only one with the appropriate stats to back up his nomination. Bubba was amazing and had incredible style but Ricky managed to beat him even at the tail end of his career.

Absolutely.. when that dude was on it was a thing of beauty.. And I’m a Reed fan ?

Everyone at 100% on an MX track I am never betting against Carmichael.

If its in the water, shark for sure. But on dry land, I have to give it to the bear. In some sort of hybrid water/land arena I think the shark wins due to its natural killer instinct, lower air resistance and the fact it has significantly more teeth.

Rc, not even close. Never gave up, and one race for all the marbles. The Goat.

At home polishing his desNations trophy that he won in spite of getting WAXED by RC at his home track, on a smoker,,, with his knee poppin' out intermittently.

FMOTP at this moment is Herlings #84 ... impossible to compare to RC4 and JS7 , different bikes and time ,
MX evolves , MXON is a good example ...

|

the funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it

Moot point as far as the thread goes since RC would fuck up Herlings 7 days a week and 2wice on Sunday

Other than the choice of words, I agree with cbuehler. He'd treat JH the same way he played JS. He'd push him into multiple season ruining mistakes and call him the fmontp in interviews. I recall RC saying his biggest advantage over James was that, he knew who he was racing.

RC! Nothing to even debate.
Dude would’ve made JH84 his Bitch...just like he did with Steve Everts.

I see your name is very fitting...

9/3/2018 11:11 AM

Silly. Where’s 2016 KR, or Everts, or what if DeCoster or others from history were given the opportunity to display their talents on the current bikes?
And Ricky and James raced in their prime. Why not tally the results and eliminate one or the other?

What about the times Ricky beat James in numerous “single” races?

|

9/3/2018 11:28 AM

JH84 has taken it to another level. I can't see any of them beating him around a super rough track.

Yeah this “FMOTP” talk is exclusive to SX and to get that title James had to ride over his head and wad up often.

If they are all at 100% like the thread says than it's RC all day long. But it seems some people's reading comprehension just isn't there.

Herlings is amazing and I guess technically he would be the fastest man on the planet right now but if 23 year old RC was racing on todays equipment, as great as Herlings is I have to give the nod to RC. I mean the guy went 10 years and never lost an outdoor title. That is next level badass!

|

I always hated the "FMOTP" moniker. It sounded absolutely stupid every time Ralph belted it out.

But...

I would have never bet against James in any race really. I'm still not voting on this poll...

The above may be fact or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting. I am not sure, you have no chance.

Rc or RV in a championship. Js7 crushes herlings on anything but euro tracks

Whoever doesn’t vote for RC shouldn’t be allowed to talk about MX ever again

Yes, RC, Unless it is a sand track, then the tides may turn to Herlings.

The Man was never a dominant rider, maybe 5 time champ, but not dominant.
