That's pretty sick! Fair game, it isn't like Axell patented the trick.

|

6/10/2018 10:26 AM

Axell almost posted a photo of him doing it this morning before Josh

Josh literally wrote out exactly what the trick was in his description.

No. But you are wrong for stating "how much you don't care" while simultaneously involving yourself in an active discussion regarding something you "don't care" about. Do you also write reviews for restaurants you have no desire to visit?

No but taking the time to post that you don't care about it is. I wanna see it, sounds badass.

I don't understand why it wasn't a big deal when Deegan did it but it is now that Jost did (with Deegans help). The less people that know about your new trick the better, the wrong person obviously heard about it.

You see two kids at the skatepark both trying to land the same trick, and guess what, once one of them gets it they usually help the other figure it out and no love is lost.

Would be funny if both of them showed up at xgames and did the exact same trick.

I do agree with you there....he took what another guy was doing and boasted about it as his accomplishment!!!

I remember that, rivals for the most part but pretty sure they were both pumped for eachother afterwards.

Guess it just shows the lack of respect people have for eachother nowdays. Sad!

Imagine if Rodney Mullen or Tony Hawk would have gotten upset when people started copying their tricks.

This thread would be perfected with a picture of a bear riding a quad.

Are we talking about the same Josh Hill who threw away his MX career trying to land a stupid back flip?

|

6/10/2018 2:18 PM

First of all both these riders are amazing on a bike (I personally prefer Josh riding over Axel) but I don't really like either ones personality.

Coming from BMX where new tricks are invented weekly I would say the unwritten rule is that it's 100% ok to "copy" a trick after someone pulled it but normally, out of curtsy to the other rider you don't "steal" a trick that someone is trying to pull or do a obvious "one up" of said trick before the originator gets to pull it.

Some people literally just add the word literally so their statement seems more important.

Rodney Mullen didn't have to worry about people stealing his shit , only room for one freestyle god !!!

Not so much a fan of Axell but after reading butteries post, and seeing that axels new video will be named axhole is ironic
