I'm guessing your wallet is very big and has a thin leather shoulder strap!

X5 We need another catch phrase for non two stroke purchases. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

People have been using this phase for 4 strokes as well for a WHILE you all know that.

At least be happy for the guy he is still helping with the dirtbike segment of the market.

Congrats on the new bike! Enjoy it they are fun bike!

Yep, and each time the poster is usually chastised for it. Silly

Again, buying a foopter DOES NOT qualify as "speaking with your wallet"....at least in a Vital Mx sense. The term "speaking with your wallet" was originated as an avenue, or a way for the public to send a message to the manufacturers letting them know 2-strokes are still a very viable segment of the off road/moto industry.

BTW, congrats on the new bike, rmoto003.

Ok, now we know...I was guilty of it myself twice last year..
But I get the meaning now....although.....it's not necessarily true..not from a standpoint of initial purchase anyway..
I bought a new 17 yz450f for $10 k last year...the yz 250 2t was gonna cost me $10.5.
Now I could buy a leftover 17 450 for $9k and that same yz 250 is now $11 k Blink
I would much rather have the two stroke..but I had to finance at the time and I got the 450 on a 1% deal over 3 years whilst the 250 was gonna be 13% over 3 years...so I guess I spoke with my wallet! That, plus I'd never owned or ridden a four stroke since 2001.
For the record, I wish I'd bought the two stroke and taken it to Cisco's in Melbourne for them to turn it into a 60 hp yz 300 WoohooWoohoo
That 450 has an awesome motor but it's just so damn big and heavy SadSad

The guy bought a sweet new bike, wanted to share his joy and big day, and all you can do is argue over the definition of a made up expression, lol.. What the hell is wrong with you guys?

Congrats OP, those new Hondas sure are good looking bikes.

I always interpreted it as "Im having a talk with my wallet"... Like "listen here, wallet, were gonna go buy this and youll just have to deal with it"

Guess it means something else lol
