Anyone have some feedback as to how Savatgy is doing out there at the practice tracks? I feel like he is totally flying under the radar this year and could be a sleeper. I’m going to say that Savatgy finishes top 5 overall this year. If he is in the points chase for the #1 plate...I’ll look like a genius. He’s a great rider and I am expecting him to kill it this year. Anyone else feel like Joe is flying under the radar?

I'll tell you this....he ain't going to crack the top 5 and he will really be flying under the radar to finish the season in the top 10... and that's coming from someone who is not a genius.

Nothing against Joey but its gonna be tough.

There’s 14 top 5 guys this year so the math does not work. Going to come down to who wants it more. Lots of truth about to come out this year.

How many titles in this group alone 20-30 titles between the 250 and 450 class.

That being said. Savagty could absolutely pull a top 5-10 year overall. The speed is there fitness i believe is there as well. My dark horses though for the year are plessinger, musquin, barcia and antsie

He’s training with the Lawerence brothers and Anderson at the old Reed place.

Ever since Osborne took him out in sx, seems like he lost his mojo. Hope he gets his confidence back.

Tickle should go race GNCC for Honda. His SX/MX time is over. 1st in a GNCC pays more than a 15th place in SX. Him and Josh Hill would make a good GNCC team after year 1.

I have had very high hopes for Savargty ever since his debut in the premier class. He looked immediately more intense and faster on the 450, and he can definitely be a force if he gets some wind in his sails.

I think he's capable of finishing 5-7th in a few races and could possibly finish top 10 in final standings if he has a good year.

Due to the competition I would say it's much more likely for him to finish outside the top15 than inside the top5. just so many guys. but every year there is attrition and he may have a career best year but difficult to count on it.
